Summary:
Perverted obese, American passenger demanded the all-female EVA cabin crew to undress him, and wipe his ass, as he moaned, "MMMMMM... deeper... deeper!" They did, but were thoroughly traumatized by his lude behavior.
He did NOT need the assistance, because he rejected the same assistance when offered by a male crew member upon landing (LAX -> TPE).
He is a repeat offender, and has harassed EVA flight attendants before. He continued to harass the crew on the second leg of his trip (TPE -> BKK).
EVA Airways Corp. 长荣航空 management had a history of ignoring their FA's pleas and reports of unruly passengers.

On this particular flight, was a Caucasian American who was about to traumatize the experience of the ALL-FEMALE flight crew.
The obese passenger was seated in the economy cabin, but insisted that his obesity prevented him from using the economy cabin's lavatory. After thoughtful consideration, the flight attendants allowed him to use the business class lavatory.
The nightmare that followed, utterly ruined the crew's day, and traumatized one particular flight attendant.
This passenger claimed that his right arm was still recovering from surgery. He needed assistance onto, and off of the toilet seat.
He then demanded that they keep the door open for better circulation, WHILE DEFECATING.
Fortunately (for everyone), the flight attendant insisted on closing the door.
After the crew assisted him into the lavatory, this passenger immediately pressed the [Call Light]. He told them that he had only taken his underwear off halfway, and was unable to pull it the rest of the way down.
With his legs spread, and GENITALS EXPOSED, he pointed at a flight attendant, "You do it. You agreed to assist me."
The flight attendant put a blanket over his legs cover up the obscene sight, and told him that she was unable to help him remove his underwear. The passenger said, "I've got it only halfway down, how do you expect me to [poop]? Hurry up and help me take it off! You just said you were willing to assist me."
The flight attendant, already feeling violated for having been exposed to his genitals, very hesitant put on a pair of gloves, approached him, and actually pulled down his underwear for him.
You'd think this would've been the end...
After the passenger finished his business, he then announced that he was finished. The flight attendant opened the door, and saw him still on the toilet.
This was when he asked to have a flight attendant WIPE HIS BUTT.
The same flight attendant responded, "I can't do that, this is too much. We're an all-female crew, EVA does not have male flight attendants. There is nobody who can assist you." The passenger snapped back, "You agreed!"
Nearly in tears, she replied, "I agreed to help you onto and off from the toilet seat, not to help you wipe."
... but the passenger kept at it, "You agreed! I've already [pooped]. If nobody helps me, would you like me to just stay here [for the rest of the flight]?"
At this point, the flight attendant tells the Chief Purser that she couldn't bring herself to do it.
In the end, the flight crew agreed that they couldn't have a passenger causing such a commotion. So the Chief Purser put on 3 layers of gloves, and... with the help of the first flight attendant holding the passenger up, proceeded to wipe his butt.
As she did the deed, he called out, "MMMMMM~~~ Deeper... Deeper~~~"
After all was said and done, the flight attendant retreated back to the crew lavatory, vomited, and sobbed. She later recounted how she felt, "I never thought I'd see this day, never thought about wanting to resign so desperately, never felt so violated."
Now... at this point, there may have been a sliver of possibility that the passenger was truly in need of assistance (although the "Deeper... Deeper..." moaning was absolutely despicable, in my opinion). If this were the case, then the ordeal endured by the cabin crew may not have been completely in vain.
However, this wasn't the case.
Upon landing, the passenger told the crew that he needed the biggest wheelchair they had waiting for him at the gate. Otherwise, walking by himself would cause his foot to blister/ruptures (approximate translation). Thus, there was a male, gate crew member waiting at the gate, with a wheelchair. The crew member asked the passenger whether he needed to use the restroom [again], and whether he needed assistance.
The passenger replied, he needed to use the restroom, BUT REQUIRES NO ASSISTANCE.

* He didn't need the male gate crew member to assist him in the restroom at all.

Why am I sharing this?
We all know what would've happened had he tried to pull this crap on a US-based airline. He probably felt that the Taiwan-based EVA Airways Corp. 长荣航空 crew would be easier to coerce, and took advantage of them.
EVA Airways Corp. 长荣航空 is not at liberty to divulge the passenger's personal identifiable data, so it's up to us.

Turns out, this passenger is a REPEATE OFFENDER. There had been multiple post-flight reports written by EVA crews about his behavior. Similar demands, similar perversion.

On this latest itinerary, he flew from LAX -> TPE, where this incident took place. TPE was just a layover, and on the following TPE -> BKK flight, he again made demands that required "special" attention from the crew. He spilled a red beverage (wine? juice? I don't know), and asked that a flight attendant clean his clothes, his pants, his legs, his chest. The first time around, an FA complied, but already felt uncomfortable. Then he presses the CALL light again, and this time, he spilled yogurt, and asked (a different FA) that he be cleaned. As she went to fetch a clean cloth, the first FA warned her about him. They provided him with a clean cloth, and asked that he clean himself. He said, "You do it better than me!" Go figure.

EVA's official response:
In regards to the incident where a passenger requested assistance from our flight crew, EVA considers our employees a [valuable] company resource. Safeguarding the wellfare of our employees is our responsibility. The US Department of Transportation has clear guidelines on whether passengers must provide prior notice if they require assistance. EVA's own guidebook mirror the DoT guidelines. [By default], EVA cabin crews are NOT required to provide passengers with assistance in the use of lavatories, feeding, or use of medications. Medically-necessary assistance must be accompanied by documentation.
In cases where passengers make unreasonable demands, cabin crews may follow guidelines for handling unexpected disturbance, by refusing the request, escalating with a verbal warning, then [visual] warning (??). This ensure cabin safety and maintains the dignity of our cabin crew.
EVA has provided the affected cabin crew(s) with counseling services, and will be confirming whether the passenger's behavior qualifies as sexual harassment. If we discover that the passenger has caused any harm to our flight attendant, we will take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Good evening, I'm the flight attendant who went through this ordeal. I'd like to voice a few thoughts:
1) During the moment, I actually did not act in a submissive manner. He just kept insisting that I had agreed to wipe his butt. As I stated in my original post, I had only agreed to help him off the toilet seat.
2) Our company culture has always been more critical of our own employees [rather than others]. Of course I could have let him simply relieve himself in his pants. Well, then the rest of the passengers in the 80% filled cabin, would also suffer at his hands. Some suggested that we could have simply left him in the lavatory. However, flight regulations generally prevent us from allowing passengers to be in the lavatory during takeoff and landing.
3) It's difficult to stand your ground against unreasonable customers, when your employer has exhibited a pattern of not only failing to support their own people in such situations, but to instead question our performance.
I appreciate all of the feedback that I've received. Simply put, no amount of company guidelines or PR statements can make up for their lack of support. In the end, nobody dares to step up for fear of being reprimanded.
For the record, our company culture is such that, even if the passenger was Taiwanese, we'd still be expected to wipe their butts.
